ACL Injury Risk RE-TEST + Fast Lane Progress Assessment
The ACL Injury Risk RE-TEST is designed to answer the question that matters after completing your initial strengthening protocol:
Did your movement actually improve?
Your original assessment identified the movement patterns that may increase ACL injury risk and gave you five targeted exercises based specifically on those findings. The RE-TEST measures what changed, what still needs work, and where your training should go next.
Using the same Fast Lane movements from your original assessment allows our team to compare your new performance directly against your baseline. We reassess the key mechanics associated with non-contact ACL injury, including knee alignment, valgus control, deceleration strategy, landing stability, hip and trunk control, asymmetry, and overall movement quality.
This isn't a new assessment starting from scratch. It's the next step in the process.
Once your updated videos are submitted, our team compares them with your original assessment and evaluates how your movement profile has changed.
Every athlete receives:
• A direct comparison to their original ACL Risk Assessment
• Identification of movement patterns that improved
• Identification of risk factors that still require attention
• Updated feedback on mechanics, control, stability, and asymmetry
• A new personalized list of the 5 most important exercises for the next phase
• Exercises selected specifically from your current results—not your previous weaknesses
The goal isn't simply to “pass” a test.
The goal is to create a measurable cycle:
ASSESS → TRAIN → RE-TEST → ADJUST → IMPROVE
Your body adapts. Your movement changes. Your training should change with it.
The RE-TEST shows whether the work you've been doing is producing the changes we wanted—and gives you a clear roadmap for what comes next.
Tested before. Stronger now. Let’s measure it.
